download.sourceforge.net timeout

I get a timeout error on nearly each package on Sourceforge.
Do I need to increase the timeout value and where can I do so?

Can you post here you mirrorlist ?
Mirrorlist is located in "cat /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist" .
Artix is no longer using SourceForge to host repositories.
Current mirrorlist can be found in system git:
https://github.com/artix-linux/system/blob/master/artix-mirrorlist/mirrorlist
