Little yellow dots are assigned under the name of the author

Hello,
I wondered how the little yellow dots are assigned under the name of the author of a message.
I have three and I wonder if I deserve so much...  :)

Yellow is for regular users, the more messages you post the more squares you get. Red is for forum admins, green for moderators, blue for Artix packagers and devs.

Yeah, pale yellow dots. It's a vanity fair for the local denizens.
