Installation stuck at "Welcome to GRUB" message

I installed stable runit base install, checked sha and burned it to a usb using
doas dd if=artix-base-runit-20210726-x86_64.iso of=/dev/rsd2a bs=1m
command in openbsd(UEFI). It shows no output in legacy boot but acknowledges the usb has a OS in it. In UEFI it displays "welcome to grub" message without any input/output i can see.  They say the issue is grub can't render it in your resolution but it will execute your input anyways in this link
https://archived.forum.manjaro.org/t/solved-manjaro-live-wontt-oot-stuck-at-welcome-to-grub/32046/18
but i weren't able to pass grub. I tried the 20210426 ISO's too but it gave the exact same result.

TCP and secure boot are disabled. I have installed Artix and other distros in this pc before.

Hardware is
B450M-A max
RX 480
R7 2600
1440x900  monitor with DVI-D
1920x1080P  monitor with HDMI

Edit= I was wrong about legacy boot, I got
Loading Grub
Welcome to grub
_
for half a second then get black screen in my main 1080p monitor but it wasn't visible in the 900p one. I get no input/output with blind navigating in legacy either.

Just tested booting from that ISO in QEMU without any issues. Can you boot from:

  • Another Artix ISO?
  • ISO of another OS?

I tested with artix-base-runit-20210426-86_64.iso and openrc-20210726, both have the same "welcome to grub" message in UEFI and "loading grub, welcome to grub, *black screen*" in legacy boot. Arch latest iso and openbsd img logged into the system just fine.

What is the output of
Code: [Select]
sudo inxi -F
from that Arch LiveISO? (You might need to install the package inxi from the LiveUSB session.)

I also tried artix-i3-rolling iso from sourceforge from 2017 but it gives the same "loading grub/welcome to grub/ *black screen*" as output.

I may be wrong, but I think Arch ISOs boot with syslinux, which may explain its success on your hardware. Also, I vaguely remember a user here had solved EFI-related boot problems by resetting the BIOS. Since you could boot Artix in the past, the most probable culprit is a change in your BIOS.

I used arch ISO to install artix, I solved my issue but the reason why it gets stuck at grub is still unsolved. I think the reason why it stuck is related to GRUB modification artix ISO makes considering default GRUB works fine. It clearly isn't a big issue thought.

Hello everyone!
I got an error about installing this system on device witches supported only EFI/UEFI
The problem is about GNU GRUB version 2.6!

I am not sure, if this problem is only to Artix.iso
because and another system Linux bring the same problem but in different way, but the basic is GRUB.

About LEGACY devices, everything works fine, without any error!

Please someone who understand this problem, write the solution here...
It can be fixing by code in GRUB, or something about EFI partition to fix this problem!

I really like to have Artix on my laptop.

The only thing missing is the actual error.
