[SOLVED] DWM does not place applications on correct monitor after changing rules

I've been trying to get this work for a while now but I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I wanted my applications such as Discord and Spotify to start on different tags on my second monitor. I was able to get them to start on different tags, but any time they are started they go to my primary monitor.

I ran

xrandr --listmonitors
to make sure that in my config.h I was putting the right monitors.
This was the output of that command

The only patches I've applied are /swallow and /fullbars.

Fixed it!
I didnt realize the version of swallow I had downloaded was deprecated so it was causing miniscule bugs in my dwm. I went through and undid the patch. Now my wm is working perfectly.
