Bluetooth strength

Hey guys, I am trying to get my bluetooth to put off a stronger signal,  received signal strength and transmit power level are always around 50%, I want to make them 100% or at least like 75% because Link Quality to my PS3 controllers is like 33% sometimes, and on another computer link quality is like 67%.... How do I increase bluetooth transmit power level? I need to make my bluetooth connection as powerful as possible!

On my desktop I have the latest PCIe network card made by Intel - their final one, its a laptop card that plugs into a board to plug into the desktop's PCIe port, intel wireless 7260, I think there are some letters that follow 7260 like MHW or something but I'd have to take it apart to look at, its attached to two +8 DBi antennas - the only antennas I even have, I bought them a year or two ago & they were the best ones I could get at the time.

Code: [Select]
05:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Intel Corporation Wireless 7260 [8086:08b1] (rev 5b)
Subsystem: Intel Corporation Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 [8086:4070]
Kernel driver in use: iwlwifi
Kernel modules: iwlwifi

I get the following error when I try to run this command:
sudo bccmd psset -s 0x0000 0x0017 10
