AUR ownership

I use this package from the arch AUR for coin collecting

And there is no more ownership although it seems to come from github.

I'm thinking of taking it over but I would like someone to mentor me on the process.

If I do this, I could move on to purhaps do more Artix packages.

There is also open-numismat and open-numismat-git which are up to date

The bin version, if updated to download the latest 1.96 release would need a fair bit of work as the .deb is now packaged mainly into /opt rather than /usr/bin as before.
Plus it's installing / using python 3.10 site-packages whereas Artix on 3.11

Seems a complicated one to try and learn on and imho not worth the effort unless you already tried the source based packages and have a problem with them ?
