Display problems on Dell Vostro

Display properties only show one available resolution on my Dell Vostro laptop (1920x1080).
When I ran Artix in Virtualbox the full range of resolutions showed up, but not when I installed Artix as the main distro.
 GPU is Intel Raptor Lake-P [UHD Graphics].
Any help is much appreciated.
