Finally got a working motherboard and processor for the other elite desk!

Got the processor today a ryzen 5 pro 2400ge...  almost finished.

my external temp gun showed 114 F ish while gaming.  yes it's running hot even with the fan set at  30% speed when idle to try and keep it ccol.  i thermal pasted it also.  the other one was hot like that too that died.  ididnt bother to see what the internal temp was though.  i point my temp gun at the bottom of the case below where the cpu would be.

Bonjour,

I always make sure my processors are at max 45°C (113 °F) for normal use.

I rarely push them to max 60°C (140 °F).

I always have a monitor in my XFCE panel : xfce4-sensors-plugin.
