Protobuf breaking mixxx and or compiz - again

The Issues with Protobuf are still ongoing:
With world/protobuf, I can build and run compiz but I can not install mixxx.
After installing and testing compiz, I installed extra/protobuf and mixxx - after that compiz wasn´t starting anymore.
So, I must decide whether compiz or mixxx.
This was working for years, so I guess it is just a lil issue that is update related.
Please fix the protobuf situation or please, just put mixxx in the galaxy repo - thank you
