smartmontools 7.5-1 ships /etc/conf.d/smartd, colliding with the OpenRC package

Hi devs,

the latest smartmontools update (7.5-1) ships /etc/conf.d/smartd again, which should be provided by the respective OpenRC package.

This is the same problem we had with the update to smartmontools 7.4-2, cf. https://forum.artixlinux.org/index.php/topic,7198.msg43443.html

I pushed a fixed package and added a patch so this won't happen again. Thanks for the report!
