New ARTIX webserver up and testing for NYLXS

So, I got the build from scratch artix webserver and mail server up and running - stable even.

I'm quite happy.  I felt I needed to build out the OS in a way that I haven't had to do in a decade, including writing my own initit.d scripts, editing pam modules and more, but it seems to be functioning very nicely at this point.  If anyone wants to give it a test drive it is at

it is a familymhome page.. and images gallery.  In a world of facebook and twitter I didn't think anything of it
