i can't shutdown

My English is bad to forgive
Hi i have installed on two computers artix linux, one of those with awesome and the order with mate. But the is a problem: I can't shutdown or restart (in mate) ,if i shutdown, it close me the session. In awesome it does not do anything. Has someone a solution?. Thanks

Please, provide some more information, especially the type of installation: base ISO or graphical and the init system chosen.

They have been installed with ISO base with encryption and use openrc

Base is base. You should install yourself everything needed for rootless actions. Have a look at our wiki, especially at the post-installation and configuration sections. Perhaps you've forgot elogind[-openrc]?
