printing from chromium and vivaldi browsers looks broken

When I print from chromium or vivaldi and _don't_ use "über das Systemdialogfeld drucken" ("print over system dialogue field" maybe translated), the printed text is too big, only grayscale and mostly unreadable when multiple text parts / layers are in the same line.

The result is okay, when I use the "Systemdialogfeld". I am wondering if there is maybe an easy fix for the "normal" printing method/button.

I use CUPS, the printer is an Epson XP-412 and the driver is epson-inkjet-printer-escpr. I have intentionally installed this driver, to see if I get the same printing problems as a friend with SolusOS and this driver (and an Epson XP-3?? .. ).

I have also tried with Firefox and it printed without this problem.

Is it the chromium alium maintains in his universe repo?

/etc/cups/cupsd.conf looks like an html document which is part of the website under localhost:631 (cups management/verwaltung)

This Chromium is package by archlinux, we can do not so much. Can you share the page for print? I can test it on my system.

My guess is, it tries to use pam_systemd.so in some pam file.
Looks suspiciously like authentication related.
