[SOLVED] Neofetch output on boot and ttys

Want:
To get rid of neofetch output at boot and on ttys

Context:
I have uninstalled neofetch and artix-branding-base. I do
not wish for runit to output the old neofetch output (I
assume cached) at boot time nor do I want it displayed on
my ttys. The following post below suggests editing
/etc/rc.local to add neofetch output (I did not add it, it
was there since first boot) but does not specify how to
get rid of it -

I have looked in /etc/runit/ and /etc/rc.local but found nothing.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Uninstall artix-branding-base package with pacman, then delete /etc/issue with rm.
