eudev and eudev-openrc are no longer in our repositories. They should have been automatically replaced unless you did some partial update. Remove eudev-openrc, opensysusers and opentmpfiles manually.

Maybe they were their because it was artix i3 from testing.

We should remove that ISO, it's more than 2 years old.
That was my first Artix ISO. :D But I agree, it is outdated. There have been numerous updates since then. Artix is a rolling release distribution, which means it needs to be updated at least once a week, if not more often.

Anyway, the only thing dependant on the choice of ISO is the initial set of installed packages. i3 can be installed when Artix is installed from any ISO, just like any other Artix package.
