[SOLVED] pulsemixer burning my CPU

after recent system upgrade that changed pipewire-media-session to wireplumber, The sound stopped working and the fix was to change pipewire config file with the correct new path of wireplumber.

now the problem is that after the reboot pulsemixer cooking my CPU. It wasn't like this  before system upgrade. the sound working without any other problem.

No idea about most of that.
But arch rolled back the addition of
Code: [Select]
replaces=('pipewire-media-session<=1:0.4.1-1')
in version 0.4.10-3 of wireplumber https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/commit/5e376fd9730d7b2aa77c40093a004bade9046e96
and therefore the Artix build followed suit. At least I think that what happened ?

So you can reinstall pipewire-media-session if you wish and not be troubled by pacman keep wanting to replace it with wireplumber.  For the time being at least until they decide to revert the revert  ;)

I guess it's not just me that has various issues with wireplumber ?
