udev 250.5-2 prevents sata devices from appearing in /dev/disk/by-id/

I just updated my device and noticed that sata drives no longer appear in /dev/disk/by-id/
nvme and device-mapper drives appear in /dev/disk/by-id/ as normal.

Downgrading udev to 250.5-1 restores them.

This should be fixed in 250.5-3.
