OpenSSL errors everywhere, help!

Hey guys. I keep getting SSL errors when I do pacman -Syyu, pacaur -Syyu, youtube-dl, and some other commands.

Code: [Select]
SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC] decryption failed or bad record mac (_ssl.c:2217)

Even when I'm using wget it does this.... I need help ASAP! I can barely download stuff now!! I can't seem to find any fixes for this :/

huh... I wonder if these errors are relevant... apparently it has something to do with systemD, which is kind of odd considering I'm using OpenRC. I get these errors on more than one computer too!

Dang. I fixed almost all the errors(I think) but I'm STILL getting this SSL decryption error!

https://pastebin.com/b2FgUEpb

It would seem that once I disable one of my 2 ethernet connections that I am no longer getting the SSL error. I'm doing a test right now to confirm.

Its the r8152 driver USB 3.0 to ethernet connector. This is very, very new, as I wasn't getting any of these errors up until a couple of days ago.

Seems as if toggling the r8152 off & on in networkmanager has stopped the SSL errors.... That's kinda odd, huh?
