Utility that is able to compile .dsl file to stardict one

Anyone know or experience what the utility that is able to compile .dsl file to stardict file formats ?

go into Arch forum only get the slightest info there, it's a tool named makedict, but we know Arch not fully the same as Artix

So how to solve having that one fully working here on Artix

the makedict command led me to the project https://github.com/soshial/xdxf_makedict/ from which at the end I was able to get to pyglossary https://github.com/ilius/pyglossary

Unless it is strictly related to any systemd component advice from Arch forum can still be valid. Experiment and research the subject and also keep in mind that the solution might already be outdated.

In the two projects I mentioned there should not be any systemd thing present so it should work out of the box.

Go and grab it eg. from AUR and experiment:
