Pacman is broken

Hey there,
I am usign artix linux with openrc as inti system and have installed the artix-linux-support. But there seems a problem in pacman or my system due to some misconfiguration. The main problem is shared libraries problem. I wanted to install the android-tools packages which contains adb and fastboot command but it depends on libprotobuf library. If I use pacman -F libprotobuf.so it shows

$extra/protobuf 3.20.1-2 [installed: 21.12-1]
     usr/lib/libprotobuf.so.31

But when I installed the package it doesn't have any library name libprotobuf.so.31

I also happend  with pamixer also it hav 5.1 verison but the latest is 6.2 something ( I belive this I some mirror issue .

the library problem  also happend with nginx-openrc service.

Sorry for bad english

I just installed android-tools from the omniverse repo.
This installs without problems. Package protobuf is version 21.12-1

Thanks but I also have library problems with another packages. I cannot figure out why and what is the reason behind with that. So I tried re-installing artix linux and it's working fine now.
