Configured clock speed: 667 MT/s dmidecode

Hey guys, I was messing around today seeing the output of commands... when I noticed something funny.

Why is the configured clock speed at 667??? Why is my RAM reading at max 1333? It should be 1600......
According to the box, my motherboard should be able to handle:
"4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 2133(O.C)/1866/1600/133/1066 MHz, ECC, Non-ECC, un-buffered memory"

Perhaps I have to go into the BIOS settings.... I found this very odd.

Are all of your RAM chips the same brand, model, etc? If not what is the speed of each chip? If even one of them is 1333, then all of them will slow themselves down to match 1333.

Now I am getting 1600MHz, but configured clock speed at 800.... All I did was mess with the BIOS settings, apparently my desktop's BIOS are very strange.
I want to get the configured clock speed up to 1600, not 800.... Is that not what I would want?

I keep changing stuff but its still stuck at

Hmmmm.......


I keep changing stuff in the BIOS but its not changed from 800.... hmmm...
Is there a software end to this sort of configuration? Like, perhaps I don't need to be in the BIOS to change this?
Or, should it actually be configured to only 800?

And, its 2 different brands of RAM as you can see from the dmidecode output, 4 chips. All 4 are 1600MHz DDR3.

I'm not entirely sure how this hardware is supposed to work.... correct me if I'm wrong in the following statement please.

Ok, so, this is a "dual-channel" RAM thing, where its like.... 1600 MHz per channel, 4 RAM slots but only 2 channels.... so 2 channels means 1600MHz per channel? So 800MHz for 1 chip on 1 channel makes sense?

Correct me if I'm wrong... but I think that's how this works...?

In the case that this is not how it works, then, how do I re-configure the clock speed? Is it something within Linux?
