[SOLVED] Do safely clean up .efi file under /boot/efi/

How to safely clean up .efi file in /boot/efi/EFI such as /boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu/grub.efi, /boot/efi/EFI/Manjaro/grub.efi, etc. not being used and existing in the grub menu list anymore?

Just being sure they're really not used then remove manually
