User Login on tty, permission denied. No modified pam.d

I was going around configuring lutris wine, i also checking some tlp commands and finding out how to fix my v4l2
after i installed wine-ge, and playing windows game, im trying to reboot. then user login having permission denied
by the way im using larbs. and im checking my pam.d/login file for similar cases, and find no difference and im basically dumb and im really stumped rn, this is my first time that i should actually ask to forum

I still able login as root and create new user and login as new user, but not with the denied one

WM: dwm (larbs)
Init: OpenRC
device: Thinkpad X260

the problem is from setting some esync at limit.conf i'm putting my 'lisen' username there...
just remove them and you good
