no video playback in libreoffice impress after reboot

i get crazy, i have an old  lenovo t470 and artix community gtk installed. everything is fine.
With the same software my new lenovo yoga with i5 11.gen don´t play videos in impress. i can create the presentation, i can insert the video and play it, everything is ok as far as i don´t reboot. Exit from libreoffice and reopen the file is ok, the video is playing.
But after saving the file and reboot, only the sound is playing, not the movie.
I installed vlc, sof-firmware and sof-tools, try reinstall gstreamer. nothing helps.
i had the same problem with the yoga on  mxlinux and debian before,  here i have to install this :
sudo apt install libgstreamer1.0-0 gstreamer1.0-plugins-base gstreamer1.0-plugins-good gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly gstreamer1.0-libav gstreamer1.0-tools gstreamer1.0-x gstreamer1.0-alsa gstreamer1.0-gl gstreamer1.0-gtk3 gstreamer1.0-qt5 gstreamer1.0-pulseaudio and everything is working.
i can´t find all this packages for artix. Can somebody give me a tip?
what is the problem?
if i can´t fix it, i have to decide between - t470 with artix or new yoga with debian based without systemd.
the yoga has the better display, but i like artix...

greetings from germany, i think, my english is revealing me :)

That was the solution!!!! Great, many thanks!!!!!

First I try install with pacman, but pipewire was already installed.
So i take it from the pipewire homepage and build it like discribed.
Now everything works fine, i can reboot and the videos are playing.
I can run my yoga with artix :D

many many thanks!!!
