Please help with VMware dinit

HI all, im new here and on dinit, please help me with eneble.

Error:
Could not connect 'Ethernet0' to virtual network '/dev/vmnet0'.
Failed to connect virtual device 'Ethernet0'

I dont know how to start
sudo dinitctl start vmware-networks.service
or how ?
