I tried your iso file, thanks. no results, same errors. didn't help.
I still can't install linux.

As you successfully performed a memtest, I thought about a possible cause of your failure: did you disable Windows FastBoot (or QuickBoot)?

Restart the PC to access the UEFI bootloader and:

     - give an administrator password to be able to access the settings

     - disable FastBoot (or QuickBoot)

     - deactivate Boot Secure

     - disable Windows bootloader

     - if present, disable Intel Intel Smart Response Technology (SRT)

Yes, I switched FastBoot (or QuickBoot) off at the beginning, directly from the system in the "msconfig" settings. it didn't help, it didn't have any effect, I also switched it off at the beginning, someone advised me to do so.
still the same logs... sometimes it says that.....
watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 22s!

I think my computer is fine, but there are some bugs, I don't know if it's in the bios or windows, I'm not good at it. windows works fine.

Boot Secure is also turned off. that didn't help. It's off, I looked in the bios.

how do i turn off Windows bootloader ? is it done in UEFI ? when i get into UEFI, i don't know where to look to turn off Windows bootloader.

today i tried to create an image with Grab4Dos. this bootloader didn't help either. another bootloader opened from a USB stick, not from windows, i got to the artix menu, and after clicking on "From ISO or HDD" something like that, as usual the same errors came up....

I'll try everything you said. I'll try to take pictures of what I can find in the UEFI.

Since my windows system works fine without any restrictions, is there any possibility to install linux directly from a switched on windows system, without logging out, through some program? directly to the hard drive, I have another hard drive in my laptop completely clean. i can install linux artix there.

I think the mce errors you are getting appear to be after the Linux system has started booting - if there isn't any BIOS menu setting that helps then you need to find an ISO version that works on that hardware, because an installed system might do exactly the same. Personally I would even try ISO's from another distro like Devuan because they would be very different in terms of package versions and setup, especially the older ones, if you get a working Linux OS of any description it might help because then you can compare it to what doesn't work then perhaps narrow down the potential causes with further tests.

yeah, i disabled it over a week ago. it didn't help.

okay...I will try other builds, what else can I do...yes indeed, I think so too, it's all about the build.

devuan didn't help. i tried using the build "devuan_daedalus_5.0.0.0_i386_desktop-live.iso". same errors.
MX didn't help. i tried using the build "MX-23.2_x64.iso". i didn't see any errors, but it seems to have all logs hidden under the boot picture. but still a black screen appeared and hung. no result.

Daedalus is a recent version, I would try with an older one like Beowulf ideally. But it doesn't sound promising though, perhaps it is a hw issue. It seems there are plenty of references online to your model of laptop working with Linux. It has 2 graphics cards which can cause problems - can you disable one in BIOS, or physically unplug it? Boot with "nomodeset" on the kernel command line:
https://wiki.artixlinux.org/Main/Troubleshooting
Also if you have two RAM sticks, remove each one in turn. Perhaps take out the hard drive(s) completely and try to boot from a USB or DVD. Booting from the MSATA drive may be problematic on that model, if you were trying to install to that. Turn off everything that isn't essential  in the BIOS - serial port, wifi, bluetooth, camera etc. I would just keep trying stuff to see if anything changes. It seems you are getting a very difficult introduction to Linux with this machine, though.
