Random Restart/shutdown freeze.

Sometimes when I try to shutdown or restart a PC it freezes.
I get this warning:
Code: [Select]
ModemManager[2776]: <wrn> could not aquire the 'org.freedesktop.ModemManager1' service name
nm-dispatcher: Caught singal 15, shutting down...
ModemManager[2776]: <msg> ModemManager1 is shut down
Although sometimes my PC just restarts fine even when a mentioned warning appears.
My packages.
Code: [Select]
modemmanager 1.22.0-1
modemmanager-qt 6.0.0-1
modemmanager-qt5 5.115.0-1
network-manager-applet 1.36.0-1
networkmanager 1.46.0-2
networkmanager-openrc 20210505-6
networkmanager-openvpn 1.10.2-3
networkmanager-qt 6.0.0-1
networkmanager-qt5 5.115.0-1
I do not have any Modem service (I am on OpenRC).

I deleted these packages a long time ago.
