Unable to boot into live usb

I'm trying to do a fresh install of artix on a new ssd but keep getting this screen and I don't understand what I need to do to proceed with the install. Please help.

That looks like a defective USB drive / bad ISO. Looking the error up gives a lot of results, here are some things you should try out:

Which particular Artix ISO image are you using?
Do you have Windows installed?

Try putting Ventoy on that usbstick and placing the iso there, in some cases it makes booting more universal.
