openrc to runit

Quite possibly a silly question (and I'm sure some may ask, why), finally after a base install and going with openrc, is it possible to go from openrc to runit? And more importantly, is it even a wise thing to do?

The switch to runit was pretty flawless thanks to the "Switching init" page.
