Free space but not free space

I have a setup where I have my drives encrypted as LUKS partitions and lvm volumes and encrypted swap memory.
My root partition is 102GB and I've used 94GB and for some reason it's only free 2.2GB.

Code: [Select]
df -h
Filesystem                   Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
dev                           10M     0   10M   0% /dev
run                          7.8G  2.5M  7.8G   1% /run
efivarfs                     128K   16K  108K  13% /sys/firmware/efi/efivars
/dev/mapper/MyVolGroup-root  102G   94G  2.2G  98% /
shm                          7.8G   27M  7.8G   1% /dev/shm
/dev/mapper/MyGroup-900ssd   880G  794G   41G  96% /mnt/hdd
tmpfs                        1.6G  2.4M  1.6G   1% /run/user/1003
/dev/sdd3                    948M  312K  882M   1% /mnt/usb

Code: [Select]
lsblk

  └─MyVolGroup-volSwap 254:2    0    16G  0 lvm   [SWAP]

Code: [Select]
sudo lvs
LV      VG         Attr       LSize    Pool Origin Data%  Meta%  Move Log Cpy%Sync Convert
  900ssd  MyGrupa    -wi-ao----  894.25g
  root    MyVolGroup -wi-ao---- <103.24g
  volSwap MyVolGroup -wc-ao----   16.00g

Code: [Select]
sudo vgs
  VG         #PV #LV #SN Attr   VSize    VFree
  MyGrupa      1   1   0 wz--n-  894.25g    0
  MyVolGroup   1   2   0 wz--n- <119.24g    0

/dev/mapper/MyVolGroup-root only has 2.2GB available for idk what reason. I tried to move a file in root and I didn't expect it to actually get an error of running out of storage.
Anyone knows what's causing this?
