Re: artix rsync mirror down ? Reply #1 – 10 December 2024, 14:27:11 i think i understand why the rsync part doesnt work anymore..the dns host mirror1.artixlinux.org, when resolved, gives 2 ip addresses:172.67.169.87104.21.79.75which are cloudflare ip addresses.and i dont think cloudflaire will answer to an rsync flux :pso, is there an other mirror on which we can sync ?edit: i found in the wiki an other rsync mirror:rsync://ftp.sh.cvut.cz/artix-linux/which works. i'll use it for the time being; (hoping this mirror does not sync on mirror1.artixlinux.org :p) Last Edit: 10 December 2024, 14:32:51 by Dju

Re: artix rsync mirror down ? Reply #3 – 16 December 2024, 05:23:04 I imagine someone disabled CF proxying after I raised the alarm. Cheers
Re: artix rsync mirror down ? Reply #4 – 17 December 2024, 19:40:12 thanks, rsync works again.in that case, maybe there should be a different address just for rsync so you can protect the http/s behind CF ?
