I'm guessing im facing graphics card impending failure?

I just rebooted my artix.  uefi screen was fine.  Got into artix my screen has a magenta tint... gross pink haze.  i can see the desktop just fine but the pink haze is gross.  adjust the pic format from 1920x1080 down to 1680x1050 pink haze is gone.  switch it back it's fine.  reboot.  pinkj haze again.  unplug hdmi cable from my rx570 and plug it back in and all is well again.  reboot into windows and pink haze is back.  unplug hdmi9p0 and plug it back in all is great again.

someone understand this better than me?
seems like hardware failure - because you know everything does...

Off the top of my head, I read it here that there are some problems with amdgpu driver on 6.12+ kernel, you should try to downgrade to last 6.11.X and just check if this fixes it, if it does, then you'll need to skip 6.12 for now and wait.

The monitor and even the hdmi cable itself might also be worth considering on the hardware side, if you have some alternatives you could swap stuff around to eliminate them.
