has the Swedish mirror ever worked?

The Sweden mirror on the mirrorlist is not working.

error: failed retrieving file 'system.db' from ftp.ludd.ltu.se : SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired
(and the same for world&galaxy)

I try again whenever a new mirrorlist is released, thinking "surely they check that the mirrors on the list actually work", but the outcome is the same, and has been for over a year now, so I thought I ought to report it.

afaik we don't check all mirrors regularly, but respond to user reports like this one; thx

I'll relay this to our mirror list maintainer.
