urgent help needed.

I installed weekly artix-base-openrc. Everything is fine. However looks the weekly iso have an issue
because after successful rebooting, I'm unbale to change any system file not even as root. @nous @Artist please help. this happened with for the 1st time and I don't know how to fix it. even root user don't have permissions to edit file in /

Most probably your / is stil mounted RO for some reason.
Check or provide file /var/log/rc.log
