Requesting hyrland packages

Hyprland packages in the repo. I am requesting more which are needed. According to hyprland wiki , these are must-have but are not in the repo.
1. hyprpolkitagent
2. hyprpaper
artix-base-openrc

The pkgs have been added to omniverse for now.
Note the following:
- hyprwayland-scanner was added as pre-req
- hyprpaper-git was added as hyprpaper does not build currently
