Change default keyboard layout in gdm 07 April 2025, 16:48:29 Hello,I installed Artix with OpenRC and GNOME, so far no problems, except that in the GNOME display manager I have the keyboard set to US (QWERTY) instead of FR (AZERTY). I searched everywhere, but the guides use localectl...Thank you in advance for your help.
Re: Change default keyboard layout in gdm Reply #1 – 07 April 2025, 17:03:12 If you are using X then https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg/Keyboard_configuration gives methods which don't involve localectl, as well as some which do.If you are using Wayland It's different for each compositor AFAIK.
