world/python-setuptools is out of date:

* In the repository: Version 1:75.8.0-1.
* Current latest upstream release: 78.1.0.
* Current up to date version made some (breaking) changes, which e.g. did lead to build errors like
configuration error: project.license must be valid exactly by one definition (2 matches found):.

Note: The Arch Linux extra/python-setuptools is flagged out of date since 2025-02-26.
