libcbor qemu dependency

Hi,

couldn't update the system

error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing libcbor (0.12.0-1) breaks dependency 'libcbor.so=0.11-64' required by qemu-system-x86

I'm having a similar issue:

This was fixed but some mirrors might be a bit behind.

There is also fwupd (currently at version 2.0.11-1 in world) that depends on the older libcbor v0.11 and needs a refresh ...
