I have seen the announcement on the website.
Will it get patched in the future, or will it just not be supported?
What happens if I don't remove it? It is or was part of a metapackage, that I use.

drkonqi 6.4.0 It is completely depending on, and interwoven with, systemd and related. Patching is not possible anymore.
I assume the 6.3 version will not start anymore. It's only to report crash coredumps to eg bugzilla, so there should be no loss of real functionality.
