Several broken programs in plasma

Hi all,
The latest opencv update has broken several programs on my system. Specifically: spectacle and digikam.
I understand that they will have to be rebuilt on the new version.

Indeed, at least spectacle-git from the AUR works (it is freshly built)

had this happen, I had to downgrade opencv

It left behind a group of packages that need forced upgrades that are coming through the pipeline now.

It messed up openshot as well.
