ignore list broken

Either the ignore list feature is broken or someone hacked the forum software since I can't add more than on user to the list at a time

Nobody has hacked the forum, you probably found a bug which should be reported upstream (https://elkarte.net). Also, users can change colour, background and size of their handles.
