Re: GIMP Reply #1 – 28 September 2025, 05:21:59 I assume you're using the Image/Transform/Flip horizontally function or the Flip tool (Shift + F)?What do you mean by "the copy is not the same size as the original"?If you're starting from a JPG image, it's normal for the file exported as a JPG (Ctrl + E) to not be the same size as the original, because the image is recompressed (lossy) during export.Even with lossless compression like PNG, the compression ratio affects the size of the exported file.
