Telegram won'r start after large upgrade.

Here's the run feedback from the console, as root, or as non-root :
"
$ or # Telegram
Telegram: error while loading shared libraries: libavfilter.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
"

Note that "telegram-desktop" is name changed to "Telegram".

Also cleared the cache after the upgrade. I figured that that shouldn't affect anything.

Hello, 'telegram-desktop-6.1.3-4' is ready now on galaxy.

Please allow the mirrors some time to sync.
