[solved] impossible to connect to localhost

hello it is about a week since I get to conetermi a localohst except with superuser (if lacio with sudo cupsd I get to conettarmi) poui to hang from the demon avhai because giving the restart gives me
 
rc-service cupsd start
* Starting avahi-daemon ...                                                                                                    [ !! ]
 * ERROR: avahi-daemon failed to start
 * ERROR: cannot start cupsd as avahi-daemon would not start
