Wifi connman problem - no carrier error in cli(SOLVED by removing connman)

The problem was, in GUI there s no wifi networks shown. And I tried using connman commands in terminal,  when tried to scan for wifi, it said no carrier. It seems this is a common connman bug. Probably unresolved.
SOLVED:  Removed connman and installed networkmanager instead, now it works. And it's gui and stuff. It says it in arch wiki. Gui started to work right away after a restart. I checked on the internet, it seems this is a connman bug. Unsolvable so I'll stick to the nm for now.
Problem: No wifi is shown. Ever. It works in windows 7 so wifi card is working.
And when I try to disable wifi, I can't. The button in the xfce goes back like no, you can't do it! I made a video about that here:

If the wifi is blocked by HW and some FN+F12 key nlocks it than it should be handled by hw.
If it is some SW blocker please check rfkill.

So btw I solved this by blacklisting hp_wmi, I will tell how later. But now no wifi's show up. F12 works now. It s a very old machine but can it be fixed? It shows wifi's in windows. The wifi chip is:
Intel centrino advanced -n wimax 6250.
Basically wimax 6250 takes you to the intel site.

 Maybe you could tell us the mysterious parameters of your secret computer, like the manufacturer and type?

Or do you use our vest ball as usual for people who do not share any relevant data? 😄

 show us your the current status:
# rfkill list

 If the card is soft-blocked, use the following command:
# rfkill unblock wifi

P. S. Were you looking for a problem on the internet? If there is a problem with WMI, then many other people must have had the same problem in Linux.

WIFI thing: Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250, Dual Band

Please read my last post, I solved this but no wifi shows up now. In windows it shows wifi's.

driver is loaded, formware is loaded, you can use your wifi without problems, if you know how...

what say rfkill ? put here output

With rfkill unblock wifi, wifi softblock would go away but still wouldn't work. But wimax softblock won't go away, ever. I don't know wimax anyway, if it's not important I would disable it? Should I?
Btw, I got so bored of this and removed artix. I installed linux mint, wifi worked just right away in USB booting. I now tried in artix USB and wifi doesn't work still.

Is it okay if I just give results from USB artix though? HDD installation was almost same anyway it was fresh and untouched. Rfkill results are here:

If you like Arch-based systems but don't want to spend time to do your home work, try Manjaro. I am pretty sure your wifi will  work out of box. Artix is a beauty, but it's not for everyone.
