[Solved] s6 and ananicy 16 August 2020, 00:04:15 I use a really neat program called ananicy (https://github.com/Nefelim4ag/Ananicy) that sets the priorities for different software and games so your machine runs better. How would I go about starting this program at boot with s6? It’s not necessary a script, so “s6-scripts” shouldn’t effect its startup. Last Edit: 20 August 2020, 21:25:59 by shoober420
Re: s6 and ananicy Reply #1 – 16 August 2020, 05:33:29 I don't know the details of this daemon but you could potentially start it in /etc/s6/rc.local if you know the command. Of course that has some disadvantages compared to writing a proper s6-rc service script (no processor supervision, etc.), but that should work well enough for you. 1 Likes
