How to setup a Bluetooth auto connection

Hi again everyone, I'm trying to get my computer to automatically connect to my other computer via bluetooth, but I'm not having any luck. I'm following this thread:

https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=223949
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/bluetooth
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bluetooth_keyboard#Automatically_enabling_a_Bluetooth_Keyboard

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I've got this config so far:

AutoConnectTimeout = 60
ReconnectUUIDs=0000110b-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb  <- I got this from doing bluetoothctl info XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
ReconnectAttempts=4
ReconnectIntervals=1,2,4,8,16,32,64
AutoEnable=true
ExecStart=-/usr/bin/hcitool cc ${00:1A:7D:DA:71:13}

and in /etc/btkbd.conf

ExecStart=-/usr/bin/hcitool cc ${00:1A:7D:DA:71:13}
I also tried the ExecStart=/usr/bin/hciconfig one too because I have bluez-utils-compat

I don't know if this is related, but I noticed the bluetooth service isn't started although it's been added to default.

Hmmm.. I think bluetooth usually starts just fine for me... Sometimes however it won't start & I have to open up blueman from the menu.

Dang, 2 months & no one seems to know anything about this. I would really love to make it auto connect, I use bluetooth to run the ProjectM visualizers I have running on a secondary computer with two side-screens on each side of my 40" TV, ontop of my 12" speakers
