grub btrfs and snapper

Hi all,

I'm new to Artix, and quite new to Arch. I've been a long-time user of OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, and one thing I like is their snapper, which makes me feel a fair amount safer with a rolling distribution.

I installed artix on btrfs and installed snapper. For now I'm making snapshots by hand. Before I look into pacman hooks, I'd like to be able to boot from a snapshot. I tried to install grub-btrfs but doesn't seem to be available.

How do I get grub to understand btrfs snapshots?
Thanks!

I'm trying to think of a way in which you could have been less helpful but I'm coming up with nothing.

Let me try to rephrase the question. The manual says: "If using GRUB you can automatically populate your boot menu with btrfs snapshots when regenerating the configuration file with the help of grub-btrfs or grub-btrfs-gitAUR."

My limited understanding of pacman made me try: pacman -Ss grub-btrfs, which returns nothing.

What now? Even just pointing me at a specific section of the wiki would probably help me a little more.

Thanks again!

grub-btrfs is not in Artix repositories, but it is in Arch repository "community".

If you have not yet added Arch repositories:
https://archlinux.org/packages/

And for AUR (caveat):
