falkon 23.04.3-1 fails to start 16 August 2023, 23:48:22 … withCode: [Select]falkon: error while loading shared libraries: libre2.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory:-(
Re: falkon 23.04.3-1 fails to start Reply #1 – 16 August 2023, 23:52:56 Currently, we have libre2.so.11, which is owned by the re2 package. Maybe, we just need a rebuild of the falkon package?Where can one find the PKGBUILD file that is used to build the official packages?

Re: falkon 23.04.3-1 fails to start Reply #3 – 17 August 2023, 00:08:48 Thanks for the info!A simple rebuild doesn't work. Using the PKGBUILD from https://gitea.artixlinux.org/packages/falkon.git, the build fails, with some compiler error concerning re2.Seems like the PKGBUILD has to be fixed, but cmake doesn't complain … or re2 has to be tweaked?! Or is this a qtwebengine problem?
Re: falkon 23.04.3-1 fails to start Reply #4 – 17 August 2023, 01:32:33 Downgrade re2(re2-1:20230301-1.1) for now and falkon and ungoogled-chromium (mentioned in another thread) work again for meMaybe rebuilding qt5-webengine and then falkon would also fix falkon but personally I'd rather not rebuild chromium 3 times and qt5-webengine, ungoogled-chromium and qt6-webengine (also depends on re2) all involve building, more or less, most of chromium.
[SOLVED]: falkon 23.04.3-1 fails to start Reply #5 – 17 August 2023, 05:53:11 The problem is solved after updating qt5-webengine (5.15.14-4 -> 5.15.14-5).
