Cannot use built-in audio stereo

I am new to Artix and before I was using another Linux distro.
I started using the monitor speakers at some point instead of the built-in audio with external speakers.

Once I wanted to use the speakers again but it never worked anymore.
Now on Artix it is the same, it doesn't work.
It shows "Line Out (unplugged)" and "Headphones", on pavucontrol.
For "Built-in Audio Analog Stereo".

Is it fault of the nvidia card? Should I try to remove it?

I also have a thing with 2 usb, green and pink audio cable.
It is not detected at all.

Look at the listings under alsamixer if they truly dissapear.
The built-in audio analog stereo is the integrated sound card? Or some plug and play external card in the speakers? it can also unfortunately be the audio loopback driver, see if there is any result for "lsmod | grep snd-aloop".
You can try to uncheck the nvidia card too yes, if their driver generates some conflicts it can make alsa wake back up to the other device.

Not sure to what look in alsamixer, I post a screenshot.

The built-in audio analog stereo is the integrated/built-in sound card of the mobo: "- 5.1 CH HD Audio (Realtek ALC662 Audio Codec)" from their site.

No result from "lsmod | grep snd-aloop".

I rebooted and it is the same as before.

pavucontrol shows the ouput streams for the built-in device but no sound at all.

Not sure why there is "Headphones" and "Line Out (unplugged)" in the output part.
Don't headphones or speakers go in the green thing that it is line out?

My third device is not shown at all.

The "alsamixer" output shows the correct card is selected. If it is what appeared first on opening then it is the default device.
Try using the motherboard's green output port on the IO panel because the case connection assembly could be cause. Maybe even disconnect the case connector during testing.

The current "alsamixer" display only shows the front mixer settings with only the rear microphone settings on the far right.
There maybe more setting to the right. Press the right arrow button until the display stops moving. Un-mute and adjust volume levels as required.

The master volume level at 30% maybe too low a setting to hear correctly with the speakers. Try increasing to 60 to 70%.

If all alsamixer speaker/headphone output settings are un-muted, at a decent volume level and the speakers are connected directly to the motherboard's IO speaker output results in no sound then the most likely conclusion I can think of is that the speakers or output port must be defective.

You may want to research Arch ALSA wiki entry for more information. I do recommend following the testing procedures.

I have some speakers connected to the mobo's green output port on the IO panel.
There aren't more settings on alsamixer.

The speakers are at max volume so 30% is enough to hear.
They work I just tested them again.
So maybe the mobo is defective or some conflict with the monitor maybe?

The whole thing now looks like a motherboard issue from everything posted so far.

Have a look at the actual port to see if something is sprung or something preventing a good contact in the output port.
Does the jack wiggle?
Dental tools or something similar can re-sprung the tiny spring like projections that hold the jack in place.
You must be very careful and have a steady hand.
I have in the past recovered a few motherboards speaker ports that way.

It doesn't wiggle.
I have to remove some things and try with some magnifying tool to check it very well.
But it looked fine, I looked it some.

Is there a way to get the thing with 2 usb to work?
The 2 usb work fine.

Then the springs are in good shape.
If the contacts look good then the problem may not be a visible one.

You still could try connecting the case connector to the motherboards sound connector (verify with the motherboard manual) since you know the speakers are working.
If you still have no sound then new hardware is the only solution I can think of at this point.

If I understood correctly, you connect your amplified speakers to the green output of your motherboard?
Are your speakers working?

To be sure, just turn them on, turn up the sound and unplug the jack plug from the motherboard. If you touch the tip of this jack, a buzzing sound should be heard.

If the sound card is dead, you can always get a small usb sound card for cheap.
You may need to configure alsa as explained above to use this new device.

The case connector? Is this one in the pic?

It has 2 usb, green and pink cable.

Yes I connect the speakers to the green output of the motherboard.
Yes they work I tested them.
As soon as  the jack touches the mobo a loud sound is emitted.
I can see the output stream on pavucontrol as I said.
Not sure why there is "Headphones" and "Line Out (unplugged)" in the output part, related to the built-in device.

I'd like to use the built-in device or that usb panel at least.

As per Asrock H81 Pro BTC Manual:

Connect the pin connector from the front panel to the port 22 location on the motherboard.
Note: I do not know what version your motherboard is. This is for the original released version. The second version manual maybe different. If it is then refer to that model's manual.

The USB part appears to be a standard USB connector which from what I see the B81 Pro BTC does not have internally.
The cable would have to be  somehow routed to the rear USB panel port for a connection.
If you want USB 3 then connect it to the USB 3 ports on the rear IO panel.
If the front panel USB connector is a pin type then use the USB pin connector ports on either 16 or 17. Note these are only USB 2 and the USB 3 ports would only operate at USB 2 speeds.

That's where it is connected, as I mentioned before "Front Panel Audio Header (HD_AUDIO1)" .
This usb panel is more simple.
Audio part is not detected at all,  while usb works.
